Vexor Technology Completes Major Plant Upgrades
Vexor Technology recently completed several major upgrades at its facility in Medina, Ohio. Construction activities began in fall 2018 and have recently been completed. Improvements were made to enclose a loading dock for receiving materials. The engineered fuel processing line was upgraded by debottlenecking the conveyor system. Additionally, a new building addition fully enclosed an air separation and conveyor system that are part of Vexor’s engineered fuel program for recycling scrap plastics, post industrial materials and other byproducts.
“These major upgrades to the Medina facility represent Vexor’s continued investment in improving the quality and efficiency of the operation” said Mario Romero, Vexor’s president and CEO. “These investments will result in improved material handling and more efficient truck offloading which will increase our capabilities for serving our customers,” said Romero.
Vexor’s Medina facility provides non hazardous treatment, recycling and disposal services to a wide range of customers and industry segments. Vexor’s service lines include Vexor Engineered Fuel®, solidification of liquids and sludges, consumer product destruction, wastewater treatment and a waste-to-energy program.
