Chief Financial Officer
Raymond Kruczek is responsible for finance and accounting as Vexor’s Chief Financial Officer and Controller. Raymond has over 30 years of experience in corporate finance within automotive manufacturing and waste management industries, including 17 years at Westport Axle. Raymond has handled a wide range of responsibilities and challenges including foreign currency conversion, ownership transitions, treasury management, cash flow management, financial schedules and inventory systems. His experience also includes development of budgets, implementation of cost control and performance metrics. Raymond’s duties at Vexor include oversight of accounting functions, information systems, and financial forecasting and reporting for two material processing facilities. Raymond holds a BBA in Finance with a concentration in Accounting from Cleveland State University.
