- Ohio Environmental Service Industries (OESI)
OESI is a trade association of Ohio’s commercial waste management facilities and businesses that provide waste storage, treatment, disposal and recycling services.
- Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) Recall Assistance
The CPSC is an independent federal regulatory agency that was created in 1972 by Congress in the Consumer Product Safety Act. This law protects the public against unreasonable risks of injuries and deaths associated with consumer products.
- Private Label Sourcing
Private label sourcing refers to a brand owned not by a manufacturer or producer, but by a retailer or supplier who gets its goods made by a contract manufacturer under its own label.
- Bureau of Workers’ Compensation (BWC)
BWC provides medical and compensation benefits for work-related injuries, diseases and deaths.
- Medina Safety Council
The Medina Safety Council offers education in all areas of safety as it relates to all businesses in the county and their employees.
- Medina Solid Waste Board
The Medina Solid Waste Board is a three-member, county-wide, legislative governing body. Members are elected to staggered, four-year terms.

This letter from the United States EPA permits Vexor Technology to process waste streams at our facility for which we can process and remain in compliance with this permit.
- Ohio Environmental Protection Agency Letter
This letter from the Ohio EPA permitted Vexor Technology to build our industrial waste processing facility expansion.
- Certificate of Ohio Workers’ Compensation
This certificate certifies that Vexor Technology participates in the Ohio State Insurance Fund as required by law.
