Wastewater Treatment/Oil Recycling
Many wastewater streams cannot be treated economically due to high levels of organic, metal or solid constituents. Non-hazardous, water based coolants, lubricants and oily wastewater streams are separated by components utilizing phase separation techniques. Oil that is recovered from water and solid contaminants is blended with other waste oils into a fuel used in the manufacture of steel. High BTU residues of the waste stream are processed into VEXOR Engineered Fuel. Untreatable or unrecoverable components are solidified for waste-to-energy or landfill disposal. Certain high-value lubricating oils are cleaned at VEXOR through filtration techniques and returned to the generator for reuse as their original purpose.
