VEXOR Engineered Fuel®
VEXOR Technology, Inc. creates a unique solid matrix fuel to be
utilized as an energy substitute. The first use for this
VEXOR Engineered Fuel has been in the Cement manufacturing
operations where coal is utilized as the primary source of heat.
The entire concept of VEXOR Engineered Fuel is unique in that it
is created from non-hazardous industrial waste and other wastes
that traditionally held no value and were land-filled for
disposal. We take this waste material, regardless of the
physical characteristics (i.e. solid, liquid or sludge) and
blend together with various solidification agents to create a
homogeneous, consistent blend for use in the kilns.
The wastes used are approved through a pre-approval process
which takes into account various parameters including the waste
status in regards to EPA regulations as well as in terms of the
chemistry required for the cement kiln. This entire process is
done in a step by step process system using unique equipment
manufactured by VEXOR Technology, Inc.
